Unfortunately, we do not trade any Samsung or other Android devices.

If you purchase in store, you can receive your device immediately!
If you order online, once the device is in stock, turnaround time is between 12-24 hours based on delivery time.

Please note time is subject to change based on delivery and any unforeseen factors

No, we sell both new devices, sourced from Apple Inc., and top quality pre-owned devices. Plus, you can get the best deals on our pre-owned devices!

You will receive a factory set 100% battery health when you purchase any brand-new device. Pre-owned devices also have a guarantee of 85% or above battery health when you purchase.

No Refunds: Macspot Jamaica does not offer refunds for any products, including devices, accessories, or software. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

WARRANTY

Macspot Ja aims to provide only the highest quality devices for our customers.
However, if your device has any defects or encounters any issues, it is covered by a 30-day warranty.
During this period you may exchange your defective device for an identical one, or opt to exchange for store credit.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at isupplytnt@gmail.com.

All returns and exchanges will attract a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Method and Timing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, non-subscription digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards and prepaid phone cards), memberships and opened consumable items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products. This policy applies to purchases from iSupply.

Returns Lacking Proof of Purchase

Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may require an email address, form of ID. If these cannot be provided, the return may be denied or limited and sales taxes and fees will not be reimbursed.

Bundle Discount and Free Items

If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.

Connected and Wi-Fi Devices

Please make sure that all data has been removed and the device is no longer linked to any cloud account or to any other device so that we may accept the return of this product.

Yes we do! If you are in Tobago, simply select the delivery to Tobago option during checkout!
